(More customer reviews)My first rack arrived damaged; the plastic pivot joint was cracked. Amazon made the return easy and anew one arrived quickly. It wasn't packed any better, but it wasn't damaged. It's been used almost daily since. It's sturdy enough to support several pairs of jeans or large bath towels. It has room for lots of smaller items too. I have retired my dryer for the winter, saving money and adding desperately needed humidity. I even managed to wash my king comforter in the bathtub and eased it onto the half-folded rack to drain and then dry. A fantastic helper!
