(More customer reviews)Please be aware when purchasing items from this company, they do not honor their own return policy as stated on their product packaging.My shower caddy rusted within a week after purchasing it, despite a rust proof guarantee.The packaging states: "In case of customer dissatisfaction, return this product, along with the original sales receipt, to the factory.Consumer will be refunded for the return postage and may choose either a no charge replacement or a refund of the original purchase price."And when I requested a refund, I was told that their return policy has now changed, regardless of what was written on my product's packaging.
*I just want consumers out there to be aware of my personal experience with this company, and hopefully it will be of use in their decision-making process.
