(More customer reviews)Some things you consider buying for the kitchen are a waste of money.This is definitely not one of them!If you love to cook and use cookbooks frequently this is a terrific purchase.This solved a major dilemma we had with cooking and lack of counter space.Instead of having to fight around a cookbook laying flat on the counter, this raised it up, protected it and gave us back some of our precious counter space when cooking.The base is very stable and seems to adjust well to fit pretty much any size book you could throw at it, even those big 3 ring binder better crocker jobs.
I initially chose this product on a recommendation from America's Test Kitchen.Not a single one of their equipment recommendations has let me down yet.
