(More customer reviews)I've never had such a bad experience with any company.Parts were missing.The service was rude and inconsistent.I called customer service over 10 times and the issue still couldn't be resolved.They refused to give me more than a 10% refund even though my item couldn't arrive until three months after I ordered it, so I just canceled my order.I even escalated it to a supervisor's supervisor, and he refused to help.I will never buy from Home Decorators Collection again.
