(More customer reviews)The main problem is the tendency for the unit to pull away from the wall after a short amount of use. The constant pulling out and pushing in of the keys into the foam interior simply causes to much stress on the wimpy drywall anchors/screws and the entire unit starts to droop and then ultimately pulls off the wall. To get this thing to look as nice on your wall as it does on the box, you must mount it in a piece of solid wood (like a stud).
